1. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is available upon request.

2. ID card, passport or temporary residence card are to be presented upon check - in. By Vietnamese law, local female guest is not permitted to stay in the same room with any male guest unless marriage certificate is provided upon check - in.

3. Visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. Visiting hours are from 09:00 to 22:00 daily.

4. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, poisons, drugs, animals, and strongly smelling foods (such as durians, seafood, etc.) are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

5. Cooking, rearranging furniture, or moving items from one room to another is not permitted.

6. All valuable items should be stored in the safe, as the hotel will not be held responsible for any loss of unregistered money or valuables.

7. Guests are responsible for and will be charged for any damage, loss, or breakage of the hotel's property caused by them. The compensation will be based on our hotel's price list.

8. Guests are only to stay in their registered room or contact the reception counter for any assistance with room changes.

9. Strictly comply with city regulations on fire safety and prevention, environmental hygiene, security and order, public safety, and other related provisions.

10. Be considerate of other guests regarding noise levels after 21:00.

11. Only smoke in designated smoking areas.

12. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person who could cause disease, discomfort, or inconvenience to other guests.

13. Refrain from placing any articles in or around windows that could detract from the external appearance of the hotel.

14. Properly close the door when you leave the room. Before answering the door, look through the peephole or open the door only slightly without removing the latch.

15. Using photographs taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal, and those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

16. A bathrobe and slippers have been provided for use within the hotel.
