BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

AFTER REVIEWING THE ROOM INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE, YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS TO BOOK A ROOM:

Option 1: Make a direct call to hotel's phone number to check the availability of rooms.

Option 2: Visit the hotel website to submit a booking request.

CHECK-IN TIME:

Check-in from 14:00 (early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges).

Check-out before 12:00 noon.

Note: Other services not included in the booking will be charged as per the hotel’s policy.

PAYMENT METHODS

When you book a room, our reservation staff will contact you to reconfirm the availability. You need to pay for the booking by the due date using one of the following methods:

BANK TRANSFER

* This is a non-credit card payment method for guests who want to book in advance:

* We will send the account information to your email address.

* Please transfer the money to the provided account. When transferring, please specify your full name, phone number, booking confirmation number, and inform us to check your transferred amount.

* After receiving the payment, we will contact you to confirm.

* If the booking is not paid by the deadline, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking.

DIRECT PAYMENT

This is a flexible payment method for guests booking directly at the reception desk. Depending on the agreement, you will pay directly at the reception desk before using the service.
